Kenneth W. Halpern - founded the firm in 1980 and has successfully developed a practice specializing in personal injury law, medical malpractice law and cases involving traumatic brain injuries. Ken Halpern is a member of the Board of Governor's of the Massachusetts Association of Trial Attorneys, a member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Brain Injury Association, a member of Association of Trial Lawyers of America and founder of the Medical Malpractice Roundtable
